JENOLITE Anti-Stonechip Schutz is a durable, flexible protective coating formulated to guard your vehicle’s paintwork against stones, salt, damp, and rust. It provides a long-lasting shield for lower body areas that are most exposed to road debris and impact damage.

2. What areas can it be used on?

It’s ideal for protecting:

  • Sills and lower body panels
  • Chassis and underbody components
  • Spoilers and wheel arches

    Note: Do not apply to exhausts, brake systems, or motor parts.

4. How do I prepare the surface before use?

  • Remove loose dirt, debris, and rust.
  • Clean and thoroughly dry the surface.
  • Remove any previous coatings with a wire brush or abrasive paper.
  • For best results, treat bare metal with an anti-corrosion primer before application.

5. How should I apply the product?

  • Shake well for approximately 2 minutes before use.
  • Ensure ambient temperature is 10°C–25°C.
  • Apply evenly using a spray gun or brush.
  • Apply at least two coats for optimal protection.
  • Allow to dry completely between coats.

6. Can it be over-painted?

Yes. Once the coating is completely dry, it can be over-coated with most common topcoats.

7. What is the coverage rate?

Approximately 8 m² per litre, depending on surface type and application thickness.

8. How long does it take to dry?

Drying time varies depending on temperature, humidity, and coat thickness. Ensure the coating is fully dry before over-painting or exposing it to harsh conditions.

9. Is it flexible after curing?

Yes. The cured coating remains flexible, preventing cracking or peeling over time.

10. How should I clean tools or remove the coating?

Can be removed using aromatic solvents such as white spirit, boiling point naphtha, or xylene.

11. What are the ideal working conditions?

12. How should I store the product?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed when not in use.

1. Before Use
Remove all loose dirt & debris from the area to be coated. If required, clean and thoroughly dry the area. Remove any previous surface coatings with a wire brush and abrasive paper.

2. Shake thoroughly before use
Ensure room temperature before use (10°C to 25°C). Shake well, for approximately 2 minutes. Spray or brush an even layer on the object or surface to be coated. Apply at least 2 layers. Leave to evaporate/dry. Before overpainting allow the coating to be completely dried. For high corrosion protection, bare metal should be treated with an anti corrosion primer prior to use. Use in well ventilated area.

Do not coat the exhaust, brake systems, or motor parts. Can be removed with aromatic solvents as white spirit, boiling point naphtha, xylene, etc.

3. Storage & Reuse
